Vibrant & Fun Bristol Wedding at The Square Club | Bristol Wedding Photographer
Callie & Harry planned their Bristol wedding to start at the Town Hall, the lantern room to be more specific, followed by a fun and vibrant reception at The Square Club. One of the things I absolutely love about Bristol weddings is the relaxed and modern atmosphere that the city seems to bring to the day… this particular wedding was no exception!.
With Bristols Town Hall being right in the centre of the city & St Nicolas markets, it’s always an amazing backdrop while to guests wait outside on the steps, and the lantern room is definitely my favourite to photograph in with its high ceilings and abundance of natural light! Callie & Harry’s use of colour on the day really brought their own personalities to the ceremony.
After an emotional ceremony & epic confetti throw on the steps outside the town hall, we headed over to The Square Club to start the party. Anyone familiar with Bristol will know that it’s known for its hills, and with The Square Club not being far away the mode of transport was, well, walking… up Park Street which is known for being one of the steepest hills in the city. Everyone made it in one piece and was in need of a well earned drink, plus it made for some great photos. 10/10 would recommend.
At the Square Club, Callie & Harry had opted for BBQ style food, and we went off to capture some family photos and couple portraits nearby. They ate, drank and danced the night away with all their favourite people which is exactly how your wedding day should be!
As a Bristol wedding photographer, it's always a pleasure to witness and capture such amazing moments in such a vibrant city, and I can’t wait to be back again soon!
